5. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Online Payment” and then “Pay Now”. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). Likewise, we will inform you by email or telephone of the procedure to follow to begin to dispose of your order.
6. HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
To make a reservation, you must follow the online booking procedure and click on “Book” and then “Pay Now”. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your reservation (the “Reservation Confirmation”). Likewise, we will inform you by email or telephone of the procedure to follow to formalize your reservation.
7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
If you detect that there was an error entering your data during the purchase process, you can modify it by contacting customer service through the telephone 951 989 937, or the email address info @ trasterosplus. com, as well as exercising the right of rectification contemplated in our Privacy and Cookies Policy through firstname.lastname@example.org. This website shows confirmation windows in various sections of the purchase process that do not allow you to proceed with the order if the data in these sections have not been provided correctly. Also, this website offers the details of all the items that you have added to your basket during the purchase process, so that, before making the payment, you can modify the data of your order. If you detect an error in your order after the end of the payment process, you must immediately contact our customer service, on the phone or at the email address mentioned above, to correct the error .
8. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, the order will be available for use on the next office opening day of the selected center, within its business hours.
If you have selected the Reserve option you will have a maximum period of 30 days from the confirmation date to formalize your reservation. The amount disbursed as a signal will be reimbursed whenever cancellation of the reservation is requested in a period less than 15 days from the date of confirmation of your reservation.
If you have selected the Online Payment option, you will have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of confirmation for the formalization of the contract. The amount disbursed in the first payment (first monthly payment) will be deducted from your first invoice once the contract is formalized in our offices. The amount disbursed through Online Payment will be refunded whenever the refund is requested in a period less than 15 days from the date of confirmation of your reservation as long as the contract has not been formalized in our offices.
10. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED
The lockers and storage rooms offered on this website consist of perfectly bounded storage units to preserve the privacy of its user. The way in which this space is distributed may vary with respect to the images provided in the product descriptions.
The products represented on our website are divided into 4 different types; Box office, small, medium and large. The small, medium and large types group different sizes of storage rooms according to their dimensions. The small product corresponds to storage rooms from 1m2 to 2.5m2. The medium product from 3m2 to 4´5m2. The large product from 5m2 onwards. The prices reflected on this website correspond to the monthly rental amount of the smallest storage rooms of each type or category.
To start using the selected storage room, the client must go to the corresponding Trasteros Plus office, during business hours and formalize a contract for the monthly rental of the storage room. All details regarding the contract and the use of your storage room will be explained by our consultants.
For the formalization of the contract, the client must pay a deposit equivalent to the monthly rental amount of the chosen storage room. Once the client signs the cancellation of said contract, the deposit will be refunded.
The amount reflected on this website corresponds to the monthly rent of the box office or storage room selected. The amount paid through the Online Payment method will be deducted from the first invoice once the contract is formalized in our offices.
All our storage rooms are closed by a lock. Our offers exclude the cost of the lock. The user can freely choose if he acquires a lock in our office or bring his own.
11. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, the Trasteros Plus website accepts payments made through the main debit and credit cards. (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX).
