Storage unit rental in Marbella

Our storage units are located inside a closed facility, with raised flooring, ventilation and daily cleaning, so the interior remains dry and at a stable temperature throughout the year. It is a protected environment suitable for furniture, clothing, documents, household appliances or shop stock. If you are going to store something particularly sensitive, let us know and we will recommend the most suitable storage unit.

Yes. The Nueva Campana facility is a street-level warehouse with step-free access, wide corridors and free parking next to the entrance. We also provide trolleys and pallet trucks. If you need a ground-floor storage unit or one as close to the entrance as possible, let our team know and we will reserve one for you.

Yes. If your storage unit becomes too small or too large, you can move to another size depending on availability. You just need to let us know, and we will adjust the contract and the fee to the new unit, with no complicated paperwork.

You can store practically anything, except: illegal items, money and jewellery, animals, food and perishable products, and flammable, explosive, toxic or polluting materials or products. Gas cylinders and fuels may not be stored either.

The final price depends on the size and availability, but we offer a 50% discount on the first month. The fee includes exclusive use of the storage unit, 24-hour security with cameras and access control, free customer parking, use of trolleys and pallet trucks, daily cleaning of the common areas, and access 365 days a year from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The minimum commitment is one month. After that, the contract is completely flexible and renews month by month: there is no long-term commitment or penalty for leaving when you no longer need the storage unit.

You simply need to give us one month’s notice, by phone, email or by visiting the office. If the required notice is not given, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

We recommend that all our customers insure the contents they store, which is why we offer Trasteros Plus Protect, our coverage for the contents of your storage unit. The insured amount depends on the value you declare for your belongings: contact us and we will provide you with the exact coverage and cost before you sign.

If you are an individual, you will need a valid DNI, NIE or passport and a bank account number for the monthly direct debit. If you are renting as a company or self-employed professional, you will also need your tax identification number or proof of business registration, as well as the administrator’s DNI. With this, we can sign the contract on the spot and you can start using the storage unit that same day.

Yes. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required, which is fully refunded at the end of the contract provided that the storage unit is returned empty and in good condition.

You can pay the first monthly payment and the deposit by card, in cash or by bank transfer. From the second month onwards, the monthly payment is collected by direct debit from your bank account, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

You access the facility using your own personal access code, and you secure the door of your storage unit with your own padlock: only you have the key. You can come and go every day of the year, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, without notifying us or making an appointment.
